My name is fyr (fire), the fyr behind the sound.

a PURPOSE. This is why i created Soundfyr.

Empowering musicians + Helping the needy.

Music has always been a part of my journey in so many ways and I’ve always revolved around it.

I was a radio DJ in Singapore on 987FM & Class95FM. Thereafter, syndicated my non-stop dance radio show in more than 100 cities. Also did my live DJ sets everywhere, managed/invested/was in a rock band called FIREBRANDS, touring the US, Australia, Taiwan, Dubai, Vietnam, Dubai, India, etc.

Owned a successful corporate event company and more that managed corporate events around Asia for Coca-Cola, VISA, Samsung, Microsoft, SAP and more.

Always felt that musicians needed a platform that they can call their own to promote their music. Helping the less fortunate kids and musicians has always been on my mind.
In my band days, Myspace was huge. It gave us a good headstart into the music world. This got me thinking. Should I create something more powerful? I wanted to empower Musicians & also unite everyone on one platform to share their works in the Soundfyr global music community.

After rounds and rounds of struggles building this with developers failing us so many times, I’m totally excited to release this gift to the World finally this 9th day of September 2019 (09.09.19).

I give you Soundfyr 2.0, a global community of people from around the world who just love music.

Simply, My Life, My Music. A global home for musicians, talents and fans. Any language, Any genre.

Backed by a dedicated bunch of music junkies & believers driving the PURPOSE, I created Soundfyr to help musicians as well as invite all music industry professionals and companies to get on our platform for one cause, support musicians & talents.

Whether you are a music teacher, conductor, guitar tech, Music School, Jam Studio, Radio DJ, Radio Station, AV Rental Co, Concert/Festival Organiser, Record Label, Recording Studio, or anyone who loves music, get onboard our global platform to interact/discover/impart your skills
